- Implemented and managed open source online learning platform, Moodle, to replace existing Blackboard system. Implementation led to cost savings of over $15,000 annually. New system provided increased functionality and led to greater adoption among faculty and students. Developed user training materials for students and faculty.
- Lead and implemented all web development and new system development and implementations including rooms scheduling system, help desk system, IT inventory system, new student network and services (email, file storage, etc). Maintained all third party technologies including medical billing system, patient scheduling system, and student and faculty portal.
- Managed and maintained all servers and networking appliances across campus including three branch clinic locations. Managed, maintained and upgraded campus network and telecommunications infrastructure. Led new backup system implementation and the development of new disaster recovery procedures and policies.
